Metaforicamente, a ideia de sagacidade fingida \u00e9 central para as decis\u00f5es do artista no desenho das composi\u00e7\u00f5es e gestos das esculturas.<\/p>\n<p>No caso das esculturas, Thompson conta com dois processos distintos envolvidos na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de cada pe\u00e7a \u2013 um que \u00e9 de controle e ordem e outro de perder o controle e convidar ao caos.<\/p>\n<p>O elemento figurativo \u00e9 criado ao modelar crian\u00e7as em argila, em um processo de imposi\u00e7\u00e3o ou \u201cdisposi\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d do elemento.
